BAME 4 TEK PROJECT
THIS PROJECT HAS SUPPORTED BLACK, ASIAN MINOTITY ETHNIC (BAME) FAMILIES TO KEEP THEM CONNECTED ONLINE/ DIGITILY WITH ONLINE SERVICES AND OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS. THE SESSIONS BROUGHT COMMUNITIES TOGETHER THROUGH VARIOUS ACTIVITIES ANTD THEMES TO HELP THEM ENGAGE AND MAKE THE RIGHT CONNECTIONS.
WE WORK WITH REFUGEES AND ASYLLUM SEEKERS IN TAMESIDE WHERE ENGLISH WAS NOT THEIR FIRST LANGUAGE AND OUR VOLUNTEERS PROVIDED A MUCH NEEDED TRANSLATION SERVICE THAT SUPPORTED MANY FAMILIES TO GET ONLINE.
